What's Happening at The Bridge

Upward Volleyball

Registration is open for the Upward Volleyball League! This year, the league is open to 5th-8th grade girls.  The first practice is August 4, and the first games are August 14.  The seasons runs until October 2. 

Basketball Camp

Registration begins April 22 for boys and girls who have completed 3rd-5th grades. Girls will meet from 9am-12pm and boys will meet from 1pm-4pm.
Dates: July 7-11

Fitness Offerings

Walking

Adults 18+
Monday: 9am and 10am
Tuesday-Thursday: 9am
Gather and walk around the gym floor.

Pilates

Led by Debbie Weisheit
Tuesday: 10am.
 Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Pickleball

Adults 18+
Monday and Wednesday: 12-3pm
First come, first serve.  Players form their own teams.

Dance Fitness

Instructor: Samantha Pack (Sub: Elsa Portillo)
Monday: 11am
Thursday:11am
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness using a combination of dance and aerobics  – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Barre

Instructors:
Tuesday: 11am led by Samantha Pack
Thursday: 10am led by Debbie Weisheit
A fitness method that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Mat required.

Total Body Fitness

Instructor: Rhonda Tingle
Wednesday: 10am
Focus on muscular strength in all major muscle groups using hand held weights, balls or body weight exercises. Can be performed standing or in a chair. Mat useful but not required.

Balance and Stretch

Instructor: Rhonda Tingle
Wednesday: 11am
Helps improve posture, balance, muscle flexibility and range of motion. A chair is used to aid in safe execution of some of the movements.

Men's Basketball

Men 18+
Tuesday: 12-3pm
Players form their own teams.  Play is capped at 20 people. 

Chair Fitness

Instructors:
Monday 10am led by Kathy Turner (volunteer)
Designed to help with range of mobility and balance. No mat needed, and the chair is provided.

Membership Fees
Individual Annual: $90 unlimited access to fitness classes
Couple Annual:  $135 unlimited access to fitness classes for couple
Senior Annual (70+): $45 unlimited access to fitness classes
Punch Card (10 visits for $20): $20 for 10 visits with access to any/all classes during one visit and is usable for up to a year
Non-member daily fee: $3 (waiver is still required)

Meetings at The Bridge

Whether you're hosting a small gathering of 5-6 people in one of our classrooms or a larger event for up to 250 guests in our multi-purpose gym, The Bridge offers the ideal space for your needs. Review the details about using The Bridge and complete the Facility Use Request Form to get started.
